Loved the polite staff!
The shower was a nightmare, barely worked properly. I felt uncomfortable with the smell coming from the bedding, which clearly hadn't been changed. The bathroom was annoyingly cramped. For the price I paid, I expected much better facilities and a clean sleeping environment.

The room I was given was a nice size with twin beds, walls of the reom, storage space. The location was absolutely perfect and nice, for example, Pedra do Arpoador was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Very close to the ATM, which I find nice when in Rio. Not necessary to grab a cab just to get some cash,.

Great location, in the heart of Ipanema.Besides of that nothing actually, We check out the next day.
1. The small bed. the cheap pillows. 2. the fact that they charge money to use wifi and also for the use of the only 2 computers they have in the lobbi. 3. Very small bath room and dated furniture at the room.

This hotel was very well located in Ipanema close to shops, restaurants and beach. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food for everyone. The hotel looked after our bags on our last day when we'd checked out which was very helpful when touring the city.
Shower was cold one morning. The hotels recommendations regarding tours or restaurants seemed to be commission based rather than providing the best advice for tourists.

Great budget hotel in a safe area close enough to the Christ the Redeemer statue, many great eating areas, and Ipanema Beach amongst the shops and bars. Functional and modern rooms with nice beds and wake-up service. The beautiful view from the room, knowledgeable staff from the housekeeper to the manager. Good location, next to General Osorio Square.

Rooms and bathrooms need remodeling. My room faced the avenue and it was very noisy.

Location and breakfast offerings were very good. Bed was comfortable.
Relative cost per room was competative compared to other Rio hotels but quite high by EU standards generally. Little to zero noise insulation [old hotel building]. The Recommended = Yes comes with this warning!

Really good location, super friendly staff and a cracking breakfast. No frills but great value for money compared to the rest of Ipanema\Leblon.
